It’s beginning to look a lot like christmas here at Sandefjord Lufthavn Torp. And like every year, the EHC administration invited both students and staff to our annual Christmas lunch.
The menu, of course, was the norwegian classic “gløgg” (mulled wine), and rice porridge with a secret almond. For the first time in ages, the almond prize went to one of our instructors! For several years, the students has cleaned the table for gifts.
The dessert? The cake that marked a funny and impressive milestone in EHC’s long history:
6000 flying hours in one year! Thats an “all time high” in our flight academy.
Now both instructors and students will take a well-deserved Christmas break. Welcome back next year, fit to fly, and ready for new hours in the air, classroom and simulator.
